Life can present us with a myriad of challenges, and at times, we all need a guiding hand to navigate them. The prospect of speaking about the difficulties you, your children or spouse / partner may be experiencing can seem daunting. The work is very much about developing a space where you and your loved ones can feel free to explore your path towards change, growth and healing.

It's important for you to feel safe and comfortable with the Counsellor or Psychotherapist you choose. Finding a therapist and therapeutic work both take time.
